Dr. Heather Favorito is Owner and Medical Director of Head to Toe Med Spa. Dr. Favorito is originally from NYC and has resided in Wilmington for nearly 10 years. She is double board certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine with 15 years of experience caring for patients and supervising mid-level medical staff. She has spent many years caring for a large population of women and various women's health needs. She is married to Dr. Michael Favorito, a local Endocrinologist and they have two children. She is an avid runner and has a love for women's fitness and health.

Marian is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from UNCW and her Masters in nursing from ECU. She has been a Healthcare Practitioner in Family Practice since 2011. She became interested in working at Head to Toe Medspa because she wanted to make people feel better not only on the inside but on the outside as well. Marian is certified in injectables, PRP, and Coolsculpting. Working at Head to Toe Medspa has enabled her to surround herself with well-seasoned staff members that work as a team to make your experience and results incomparable to other med spa environments. Shelley received both her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing (1994) and her Masters Degree in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner ( 2010) from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington . Shelley has a genuine interest in her clients . Come  sit and chat with her for your consultation and you’ll feel like you have known her forever. Shelley’s background in primary care and rural health shows her passion for her community. Her array of cosmetic treatments includes all injectables, lasers , coolsculpting and PRP ( Platelet Rich Plasma)for facial rejuvenation, sexual enhancement and hair loss. Shelley is affectionately known as Downtown  Shelley Brown. Shelleys vivacious personality combined with her knowledge of cosmetic procedures, make the client experience relaxed in both body and spirit .Come  see her at Head to Toe  Medical Spa . With more than 25 years experience in the Medical Field , she is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners .

Jennifer is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She worked as a nurse in the critical care setting for 6 years before obtaining her Master's degree in Nursing at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2016. She has practiced in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. Jennifer joined Head to Toe Med Spa in 2021 and is certified in injectable neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Jennifer enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them choose treatment plans to achieve natural looking results. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two young daughters, and the outdoors.

Brooke is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of North Carolina at Wilmington and  Master’s in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL. You might know her as your labor nurse at “the Betty”. She has been serving our coastal community for 16 years as a labor and delivery nurse at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.  She fell in love with aesthetics and is excited to be a part of the Head to Toe family. Her interest in aesthetics began when she received her own Botox. "I loved the confidence it gave me, so I wanted to help others feel confident as well.  It’s my favorite thing when my patients look in the mirror and smile." Brooke is certified in injectables such as Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers. "I focus my efforts in providing the best care to each client that sits in my chair.  I will listen and develop a customized plan that is unique to you. When I am not injecting, you’ll most likely find me on the soccer field or cheer gym, enjoying Wrightsville Beach, or on date nights with my hubby, Brian."

As an expert injector in the art of filler, Barb has a great eye for aesthetics. Having a background in art as well as her aesthetic training, enables her to approach the symmetry of your face as an artist looks at a canvas. Barb has extensive experience with all FDA approved fillers as well as Dysport and Botox. She has achieved Master level status. In 2018 she was selected in the top 25% of all injectors nationwide by Real Self . Barb takes special pride in taking time to sit and listen to her patients and to educate them about their treatments and products. Carah first tip toed into this industry as a makeup artist in 2010. Soon realizing that the makeup application could only look as good as the skin quality underneath and thus, decided to obtain her Esthetics license. Working as an esthetician for two years before deciding to acquire her registered nursing license to expand her services even further. Carah ended up in the acute care setting delivering babies and helping new moms for six years. As rewarding as that was, she returned to her roots in the aesthetic industry. In her spare time, you can find her painting, sculpting, playing music, and enjoying our beautiful community.

Mollie has been a Medical Esthetician since 2003. For the first 10 years of her career, she was trained and worked directly with a very prominent, accredited, Double Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon and Dermatologist in Lumberton, NC. As a Medical Assistant and a Medical Aesthetician, she has had direct hands-on experience with assisting in an array of cosmetic procedures such as facelifts, liposuction, tummy tucks, skin cancer surgeries and more. She is also trained in drawing blood and giving injections along with multiple Certifications in Medical Aesthetic procedures and treatments. Mollie is more than familiar with clinical dermatology such as skin lesions, skin cancers and skin diseases. In 2013 Mollie joined the Head to Toe family. She is extremely passionate about what she does and she pride s herself on great patient care. "I love setting patient treatment plans that deliver, giving you the results you desire!"

Mari is our medical assistant and laser technician. She has worked in the medical field for 11 years. She has a love for aesthetics and women's well being. She enjoys her free time with her husband and 4 children. She also enjoys fitness and travel.

Heather, is a native of our beautiful Wilmington, NC. Heather’s specialty is concierge and assistance with scheduling your skin care needs. She is an Aesthetician and offers skin care consultations amongst many of her talents in Medical Esthetics. Heather has 2 children Brady and Morgan and is happily married to Kevin, a Doctor of Chiropractic of Wilmington. She’s a lover of animals and outdoor concerts.

Nicole was born in Eastern North Carolina and grew up spending her summers at Wrightsville Beach.  She graduated from East Carolina University with a Degree in Early Childhood Education and moved straight to Wrightsville Beach and never left. She is married to Greg Roche and has 2 children, Parker and Shelby.  You will find Nicole supporting our amazing staff as well handling our Social Media accounts.
